"I’ll keep it short since I can’t reply to the lie he gave, but I would discourage business with this group. We’ve had a claim going since December that has been horrible to resolve / get responses or calls back from anyone with any excuse given. Mistakes made not once but twice despite consistent attempts to communicate with them. We would appreciate any sort of update regarding anything happening on our claim.

Their reply is once again a lie: we have documentation of multiple instances of where they did not return our call. The check that was “overnighted” FOUR WEEKS AGO still hasn’t even been issued! But you’re right, nobody is lying! Even though we have that on voicemail, from May. It’s June.. did we lie or? Or where you were in a meeting last week but could reply to the Google review but NEVER call back? Another lie. It’s been months of this check “being in the mail.” If that’s not a lie, it’s certainly not the truth.. They now refuse to talk to my husband and sent a letter threatening to drop us because we made two claims more than six months apart in two separate years. I will be taking this all over social media at this point, as it seems to be the only way to get a response out of you. And Michael, you have never spoken to ME one time. So again, another lie. Our claim did not replace what was owed, WE HAVE NEVER GOTTEN A CHECK!!! So yes, you’re right, it’s not an acceptable way to conduct business, thanks for acknowledging that."
